At Pretavoir, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if you are not, you can return your frames within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer packaging and security tags intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the eyewear back in its original designer case and box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and cleaning cloths are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Dispatch
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned frames, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
